<p>Global MedOps Command is an emergency medicine education company built on more than 25 years of clinical, operational, and military experience. Founded by Dr. Chester Shermer — an academic emergency physician, flight medicine director, and State Surgeon for the Army National Guard — GMOC serves emergency physicians, prehospital providers, and military medical personnel navigating a rapidly changing practice environment.</p>
<p>Our courses, training resources, and simulation tools are designed for professionals who operate under pressure and need education that reflects the complexity of real-world emergency care. Our current focus is the practical integration of artificial intelligence into emergency medicine — equipping providers at every level to work alongside emerging technology rather than be displaced by it.</p>
