Terms questions
Common questions about terms, access, and purchases
Are courses and digital products refundable?
Because the products are delivered digitally, sales are generally final after access or download, although refund requests may be reviewed case by case within 14 days of purchase.
Does completing a course provide CME, CE, or licensure credit?
No. The terms explain that course, simulation, and training completion does not confer CME, CE, licensure, certification, or any credential recognized by a governing body.
How are disputes handled under the terms?
The terms are governed by Mississippi law and direct users to attempt informal resolution first, followed by arbitration or other allowed legal remedies if necessary.
